Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using ResumeNext you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is operated by Maracuya Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), with registered address Dreschstrasse 5, 80805 Munich, Germany, under the laws of Germany. Every notice, complaint, or legal request reaches us at support@resumenext.io (see the contact page).

2. The service

ResumeNext provides resume creation and export, job discovery and tracking, application-form autofill, cover letters, interview practice, profile optimization, and related career tools. The browser extension fills supported forms but never clicks Submit; you must review and submit every application yourself. The free plan includes the builder and watermarked exports. Paid access removes the watermark and unlocks paid features.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the content you store. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

4. Payments

The monthly plan starts with a 3-day trial for $1, then renews at $29.95 per month. The annual plan renews yearly at $119.95. The $14.95 pass provides 7 days of access and never renews. Prices and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Subscriptions can be cancelled from the account; access continues through the paid period. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Your content

Your resume content is yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process, and render it so the service can work. We claim no ownership and do not reuse it. If you sign in from a prefilled resume report, the imported resume is saved to your account so the report can continue as an editable document.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
• No attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• No automated scraping of other users' data.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that a resume, match score, recommendation, generated text, application, or interview practice will lead to interviews or employment. Job listings come from third-party sources and may change or expire. You are responsible for verifying every application and generated claim. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
