Three-minute setup
Download the package below, then extract it. Keep the folder somewhere you will not delete by accident.
Enter chrome://extensions in the address bar and turn on Developer mode in the top-right corner.

Your first application
Save your resume in ResumeNext. In Jobs, choose it for applications and fill in your reusable application answers. Leave anything you do not want to share blank.
Select the jobs you want, then choose Apply to jobs. The queue opens each employer form and sends your selected resume to the extension. No public share link is needed.
Check every answer and the attached PDF. Fill in missing fields, select location suggestions and upload the PDF yourself if the form needs it. On multi-step forms, use Autofill with ResumeNext again on the next step.
You click Submit on the employer site. Back in ResumeNext, choose Save and continue when confirmation is detected, or I applied when you have confirmed it yourself.
Return to the job board and find Autofill extension in Application readiness. When it reads Connected, select a job and start the Apply Queue.
Check connection in JobsDownload and extract the new package over the old folder, then open chrome://extensions and click Reload on the ResumeNext card. Your saved application answers remain in Chrome.
In your resume, enable sharing and copy its public /r/... link. Open the extension from Chrome's puzzle-piece menu, paste the link, and select Save profile. Wait for Resume loaded, then open a supported employer form and click Autofill with ResumeNext. This option uses a public resume link: keep it enabled while you use it. For a private resume, use the Apply Queue instead.
Make sure it is enabled in the same Chrome profile you use for ResumeNext, then reload both Jobs and the employer page. Pin it from Chrome's puzzle-piece menu for easy access. If a company website embeds a Greenhouse or Lever form, open the extension on that tab and choose Enable autofill on this embedded form. Some custom fields need a manual answer; existing values are left untouched.
Reopen the application from the queue for fresh PDF access, or attach your downloaded PDF manually. To remove the resume and answers stored by the extension, open its popup and select Clear saved data. This does not delete the resumes saved in your ResumeNext account.
The Chrome Web Store listing is not live yet, so this package uses Chrome's standard developer-mode installation. The extension runs locally in your browser and is limited to the supported job sites declared in its manifest.
