Billing, cancellations, and refunds

Cancelling takes two clicks in your account and needs no email. For a refund, write to us with the address you paid with - the rules are in the Refund Policy.

Deleting your account or your data

Delete the account and its user-owned data from the dashboard, or email us from the account address if you cannot sign in. The Privacy Policy lists what we store.

Tell us the page, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot and your browser make it much faster to reproduce.
